Signs and Vinyl Graphics:
We offer a wide variety of signs and vinyl graphics. Our list consists of many different types. Anything from simple small table top signs to large format signs that are seen from hundreds of feet away.Also in this category is the vinyl graphics listing. We offer a large variety of digitally printed materials that are done right in house. Below you will find many of the different types of materials that we can offer,SIGNS:
MDO Signboard: A special plywood material that is design for outdoor signs. It is one of the most common materials used in outdoor signs. The most common thickness is 1/2", but is also available in 3/4" as well.
Expanded PVC: This is material that is very similar to plastic. It is a dense material that works well for smaller outdoor signs. It is suitable for all outdoor applications, but it can get brittle in the cold Minnesota weather. It is also available in many different thicknesses.
Bonded Materials: This consists of the same two materials listed above, but they have a sheet of aluminum bonded to either one or both sides. These offer the ideal surface to start with on a sign. They are a very smooth high gloss surface.
Foamboard: This material is perfect for indoor displays. The thickness for this product ranges from 1/8" thick to 1" thick. There are many uses for this product, ranging from short term informational displays to products that will be displayed for months.
Polycarbanate: Designed primarily for lighted signs, this product is an excellent choice for replacing a worn out lighted sign face. There are a few different thicknesses to choose from. It is available in sizes up to 103" wide and offers excellent UV stability.
Aluminum: Aluminum is a lightweight product designed primarily for either short or long-term outdoor use. Durable, with a baked enamel finish, aluminum is weather and rust resistant. Although it is lightweight, it is one of the most durable substrates.

VINYL GRAPHICS:
Cut Vinyl: A very basic layout where the design is die cut from a piece of colored material to the desired shape. The colored vinyl material is available in many different colors ranging form basic colors to large variety of specialty materials including chrome, metallic and reflective colors.Printed Vinyl: Printed materials make up over 90% of our vinyl jobs. Printed vinyl allows far more possibilities that the standard cut vinyl. Printed vinyl allows you to produce unlimited special effects such as fades, multi-colors on a single layer, precision color matching and even printing pictures. Due to wear and UV resistance, all of our printed products that will be handled or used outdoors are laminated. This offers abrasion protection from cleaning and doubles the life of the graphic from UV damage.
Banners: Banners are a great way to promote an upcoming event or product. They are available in almost any size. Most banners are printed with your design allowing anything from words to pictures to be placed on them. Also available are many different types of stands and ways to mount them. MISCELLANEOUS:
Magnets: We offer a variety of magnet sizes. The most common use is for removable advertising on vehicles. Also available are smaller sizes and shapes. These are more commonly termed "refrigerator magnets."
Gemini Letters: These are the "3D" letters that have been popular for many years. They come in many different styles, colors and looks. Also available are the changeable letter tracks. These are the signs that have the slides where your message can change from day to day. We have catalogs and samples of these products in our studio, so please feel free to stop by and check them out.
Posters: For use in a variety of different applications. They make great informational and advertising pieces for businesses as well as an excellent way for artists to display their artwork.
Tee Shirts: We have the ability to offer tee shirts in small and large quantities. For our smaller run orders, we offer in-house printing and pressing or garments and apparel. Our specialty heat-press material is a very high quality material that can withstand cracking, peeling and washing.
